∆ UNTITLED @ The Fish Factory ∆

A really big T H A N K Y O U to all those that made it to the Fish Factory on Friday! We all had a great time and hope that you did too.

Extra special thanks to our guest speakers - Will and Sam Boex, Kathryn Tyler, Jack Teagle and Jonathan Cherry for inspiring and insightful talks.

Two thumbs up and a big kiss to Jack for providing us with mulled cider and Tribute on tap all night, and to Rose for the use of such an exciting and (bloody freezing!) art space.

Lastly exhibitors and performers: without you UNTITLED would have nothing to do, we appreciate every submission and look forward to the next round for the next event… Whatever that may be, we have ideas but would love to hear yours too - please get in touch and send us an email with any comments about UNTITLED @ the Fish Factory or thoughts and ideas for future events.

Guest Speakers

Kathryn TylerWebsite / Grand Designs

Think Townhouse, Gylly Beach Cafe and Hunkydory Restaurant and you get the idea, she’s also responsible for bringing Kevin McCloud to Cornwall a couple of years ago when she built her own home here in Fal.

Kathryn studied Graphics at UCF, established the interior department at Absolute (a design agency on the Moor in town) and now runs her own interior design consultancy Linea Studio.

Will and Sam Boexwebsite

Having grown up in the Helston area, they now run an award winning design studio in Porthleven. Their client list stretches from Nike to the National Trust and they’ve made a seat from 1,600 individually sprung pink pencils.

We can’t wait to hear more.

Jonathan Cherry / website

Photographer, Falmouth graduate and founder of Mull It Over - an inspired blog interviewing international photographers.

Now based in the West Midlands we are delighted he’s making the trek down South to come and speak for us.

Jack Teagle / website

D&AD award winning illustrator and self confessed fan of badly written silver age comics, we like his style and look forward to hearing more.

Soul sister Ella West will be rocking the vinyls to get you in the mood then:
